This is one of my favorite projects from my college career. The objective was to design a poster for an Aretha Franklin Tribute Concert in the style of Paula Scher.

I was inspired by the way Scher used black and white photos that looked to be cut-out by hand and placed over bright backgrounds with different sized type.
